EDENCABS CODE OF CONDUCT 

  1. Introduction

This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards, professional expectations, and behavioral guidelines for all employees, drivers, management, contractors, and partners of Edencabs.

All persons representing Edencabs must comply with this Code at all times.

3.  Professional Conduct

All staff and drivers must:

  • Treat customers with respect and courtesy
  • Maintain professionalism in communication and behavior
  • Avoid abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language
  • Dress appropriately and maintain personal hygiene
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

4.  Compliance With Laws

All Edencabs representatives must comply with:

  • Local and national laws
  • Transport regulations
  • Tax regulations
  • Labor laws
  • Road safety requirements

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or termination.

5.  Conflict of Interest

Employees and drivers must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests.

Examples include:

  • Diverting customers outside the platform
  • Using company data for personal gain
  • Favoring certain clients for personal benefit All conflicts must be disclosed to management.

6.  Confidentiality

Company information, customer data, pricing structures, and internal processes must not be shared without authorization.

Confidential information includes:

  • Customer contact details
  • Corporate client agreements
  • Driver earnings data
  • Business strategies

7.  Anti-Discrimination & Harassment

Edencabs maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Sexual harassment
  • Verbal abuse
  • Discrimination based on gender, religion, race, disability, or background All complaints will be investigated promptly and fairly.

8.  Proper Use of Company Assets

Company assets including:

  • Vehicles under company branding
  • Mobile applications
  • Wallet systems
  • Corporate accounts

Must only be used for legitimate business purposes.

9.  Reporting Violations

Employees and drivers are encouraged to report violations confidentially to management without fear of retaliation.

10.  Disciplinary Action

Violation of this Code may result in:

  • Warning letter
  • Suspension
  • Termination of contract
  • Legal action where necessary
